The Elder Board is a group of dedicated men that assist and support the Pastors in the ministry of the Church. They meet once a month on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
The Fellowship Board provides the coffee and donuts at the Fellowship time on Sunday mornings. They also how the Christmas Congregational Meal in December. Other times when the Fellowship Board provides a meal or a reception is during Lent or a special fund raising event and then a reception for the new Confirmation class after rehearsal.
The Stewardship Board conducts a fall stewardship campaign. The purpose is to not only to acquire a commitment from our members but also an awareness of the direction of what Scripture tells us about tithing and giving back for the blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Every five years we have a pictorial directory done and the Public Relations Board coordinates this project.  The next directory will be in 2021.
The Board of Evangelism is committed to sharing the Gospel to the unchurched in the community and also to the community of believers within the church. Each member of St. John is an evangelist in that through their lives they are witnesses of their belief in Jesus Christ as their Savior.
St. John congregation through the Youth Board, Pastors, provide settings for Christian youth to demonstrate the mission of the Church in word and life for unclaimed youth to be exposed to the call of God in the Gospel.
We provide Christian fellowship as we study God’s Word, and serve the Lord and His Church.
We provide youth the opportunity to share their unique gifts in ministry to one another within the Christian community and in ministry to the world as the witnessing people of God.
We provide activities for youth that will establish a closer relationship with Christ, with other Christian youth, and with the unclaimed youth in our community.
To accomplish this task, we will provide a variety of settings, resources, and training so that the youth and the adults with whom they relate may “grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever!” (11 Peter 3:18)
